Stewart MacPherson

I have been in FBO operations since 1984.  I started as a Line-Crew technician and ended my career as the Senior Manager of a major FBO in Vancouver Canada.

I am back doing what I love best and now focus exclusively on auditing.

I am an accredited IS-BAH (International Standard for Business Aircraft Handling) auditor with a Stage 3 credential and a past member (past inaugural chair) of the Standards Board for the IS-BAH.

I also contract to WYVERN and act as their Audit Support Manager, Flight Leader Coach and lead auditor.

WYVERN also offers a 1 day virtual Wingman FBO Audit that focuses on SMS and training. This is an annual audit with a fixed price. No travel, hotel or other costs to worry about. Contact me for details.

MacPherson Aviation Audits International  provides; IS-BAH /Safety audits, and Gap Analysis audits for Ground Handling Service Providers, Flight departments and airports around the globe. In addition, I am the Audit Support Manager, Flight Leader Coach and lead auditor for WYVERN Ltd. conducting Wingman and SMS audits on their behalf.

I have done multiple IS-BAH related audits that include; the 1st Stage 3 in the world, the 1st Stage 2 in N. America and the 1st Virtual audit in the world. I also have the distinction of spearheading my previous FBO in Yvr to be the 1st Canadian IS-BAH registered site at the time.

Being in operations and working through the ranks has given me an inside look at all aspects of General Aviation Operations. I have a proven track record in developing policies and procedures and initializing training methodology for all levels of staff. I consider myself fortunate to have an in-depth understanding of the audit process from both sides (auditor and operator).

I have a team of auditors that I work with, and this will enable MacPherson Aviation Audits International to be your long-term audit company of choice while ensuring we comply with IBAC rules and guidelines.
